Where applications go wrong
Skilled Worker, Global Talent, Scale-up and Innovator Founder can look interchangeable from the outside. They are not, and applying under the wrong one costs the fee and the time.
Salary thresholds, sponsorship details, maintenance funds and English language documents all have to be presented in a specific form.
Not every route can be switched into from inside the UK, and applying at the wrong point in your current leave can invalidate the application.
Refusals have to be declared on future applications, so a rushed first attempt can complicate everything that comes after.
What we do
Across work, study and talent categories, so you apply under the route you actually qualify for.
Sponsorship, salary and maintenance evidence checked against the requirements that apply to your route.
Full preparation and submission of the application, with the supporting document pack assembled for you.
In-country switching and extension applications, prepared with your current leave and its dates in view.
We deal with your employer or sponsor directly where that is relevant to the application.
Where an application has already been refused, we advise on the options and act on them.
The process
We take the facts of your circumstances and current immigration status.
We confirm which route fits and what it requires of you.
Your evidence is assembled and the application is prepared in full.
We submit and handle Home Office correspondence from there.
A short conversation now is cheaper than a refusal later.

Questions
That depends on what you do, who is sponsoring you if anyone, and where you are applying from. Skilled Worker, Health & Care Worker, Global Talent, Scale-up and Innovator Founder each carry different requirements and different evidence. We assess your circumstances and tell you which route you qualify for before anything is submitted.
Processing times are set by the Home Office and vary by route, by country of application and by whether a priority service is used. They also change. We will tell you the current published timescale for your route at the point you instruct us.
Sometimes. Several routes allow in-country switching and several do not, and the leave you currently hold affects what is open to you. Timing matters as much as eligibility — applying at the wrong point in your current leave can cause problems. This is worth checking before you apply, not after.
The refusal notice sets out the reasons, and those reasons decide the options: a fresh application, an administrative review, or a challenge where one is available. A refusal also has to be declared on future applications, so it is worth taking advice on the next step rather than reapplying immediately.
Yes, where that is useful. Sponsored routes depend on documents held by your employer or sponsor, and we can liaise with them directly on certificates of sponsorship, salary details and role information.
The legal fee depends on the route and the complexity of your case, and it is agreed in writing before any work begins. Home Office application fees, the immigration health surcharge and other third-party costs are set by the Home Office and are separate from our fee.
Not always. Some routes must be applied for from outside the UK; others can be applied for in-country if you already hold qualifying leave. Which applies to you depends on the route and on your current status, and we confirm it as part of the assessment.
